The objective of these Academies is to ensure the development of employees’ skills, to anticipate tomorrow’s competencies and to spread a common culture.
The Université’s team is made up of six certified internal coaches who work with managers or teams undergoing major professional transformations:
Mérieux Université designs and organizes a wide range of training courses in Management, Leadership and Communication – both face-to-face and virtual, for all levels of managers.
This is accomplished through the internal Mérieux Université team, on the Group’s trainers, whose community it leads, and on high-quality external speakers. These trainings are enriched through leveraging a large on-line offer via blended learning.
